I'm from a lineage of spiritual and wellness practitioners and have been a mystic and intuitive since I was a child. I'm also a trauma survivor, grateful for the awareness of inner spiritual resources that help me thrive on my healing journey.Â
My journey led me into the practice of Reiki, a healing modality where the practitioner channels energy to the recipient and helps them heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Reiki connects with my main spiritual gift, clairtangency, which is the ability to receive information and impressions through touch. Touch allows me to connect with a person's energy and receive images and information in my mind's eye.
